Odyssey House NSW’s trauma-informed services set us apart as a leader in the support service space for alcohol and other drugs dependency. Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives.
We provide a diverse range of services to individuals, families and community education. Our services include withdrawal services; one-on-one assessment and treatment by psychologists and counsellors; group therapy; residential rehabilitation; and free education at Odyssey College.

Odyssey NSW is a leading provider of Alcohol and Other Drugs treatment and support in NSW and our residential TC’s provide a holistic range of supports to those seeking hope and change in their lives.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality support and treatment for the clients of the Odyssey NSW Residential Therapeutic Community.
AOD Workers provide a range of specialised AOD treatment services within the Odyssey NSW Model of Care including comprehensive and brief assessment, group facilitation, case management and AOD treatment support.
This role also provides individual AOD and wellbeing recovery one-to-one treatment, care planning, care coordination and case management including working with external services and providers where required to further client individual goals.
